Foreclosure in Minnesota and across the nation has far reaching consequences for families, neighborhoods, and our economy. Foreclosures have displaced thousands of families, both home owners and renters, in Minnesota. The result has been a tighter rental market with higher rents and lower vacancy rates. In areas with very high concentrations of foreclosures, entire neighborhoods have been destabilized.
