Sustainable Community Engagement Fund
The MHP Sustainable Community Engagement Fund promotes community efforts to build capacity and integrate affordable housing programs with sustainability strategies and initiatives when addressing housing needs. The Fund is designed to help nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and communities that develop, rehabilitate, own or sponsor permanent affordable housing become successful affordable housing providers.
Eligible entities must be located outside the seven-county Twin Cities metro area and Duluth.
Organizations or groups interested in receiving funding through the Sustainable Community Engagement Fund must complete and submit an inquiry form. Inquiry forms are accepted on a rolling basis and are not subject to the Loan and Grant Committee schedule.
