The MHP Community Engagement Fund promotes data gathering and planning efforts that effectively respond to community and regional housing needs. The Fund is designed to help nonprofits, public agencies, and communities that develop, rehabilitate, own, or sponsor permanent affordable housing to become successful affordable housing providers. Small investment (maximum $3,500) and large investment (maximum $10,000) assistance is available to applicants outside of the 7-county Twin Cities metro area and Duluth.
