Technical Assistance

Minnesota Housing Partnership offers technical assistance to nonprofit developers, HRAs, government agencies, and tribal organizations.

Assistance is provided in the following areas:

  • Green Housing
  • Community Planning
  • Financial Management
  • Housing Development Rehab
  • Organizational Development
  • Strategic Planning
  • Supportive Housing Development
  • Programmatic and Regulatory Compliance

Assistance is provided through participation in training programs, individualized consultant services, development of coaching/mentoring relationship, and pre-approved operational support for staff.

Technical assistance is delivered by:

  • Minnesota Housing Partnership staff
  • Local Initiatives Support Corporation staff
  • Corporation for Supportive Housing staff, or
  • Consultants or Subcontractors retained by MHP
