Co-sponsored with the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF), the Greater Minnesota HRA/EDA Institute aims to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency,
and capacity of HRAs and EDAs throughout Minnesota. The goal is to help communities create and preserve affordable housing, including rental and owner-occupied homes.

Over the course of 18 months, the Institute provides in-person training, peer to peer workshops, and technical assistance, resulting in a comprehensive housing program that serves local needs and helps secure matching funds for affordable housing.

Through the Institute, MHP and GMHF will partner with communities to address hous-
ing needs, match local resources and tailor programs for successful delivery.
